AGREEMENT The Client agrees to hire the vessel and shall pay the Charter Fee, the Security Deposit, the Advance Provisioning, and any other agreed charges in cleared funds on or before the dates and to the account specified in this Agreement.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS 35% of the full charter price is due within 10 days of reservation; balance of payment is due no later than 60 days prior to depature. If an account is not paid by the date stated in the invoice, VOD (Voyages of Discovery GmbH) reserves the right to apply legal interests for late payment or to consider the cruise cancelled and open to other parties .

GENERAL NOTES:

路 Once an invoice is sent, all revisions due to additional changes made by the Client are subject to a $50.00 handling fee per instance.

路 Rates are subject to changes according to increased costs such as for fuel, third party expenses such as IDC & SIF fees, and hotel bookings. Separate invoices will be sent for late price changes.

路 VOD reserves the right to cancel a non-chartered cruise due to an insufficient number of passengers.

路 VOD is by no means responsible for non-refundable tickets, neither for international flights, nor for any travel arrangements not booked directly through its own offices. VOD therefore recommends strongly that Clients acquire, at their own cost, travel insurance which, as a minimum, covers the following situations:

o delay, interruption, or cancellation of a cruise; o loss or damage to personal equipment and belongings including computers, radios, cameras, fishing and diving gear, clothing, and all personal effects; o emergency medical and evacuation insurance with repatriation to the homeland

路 The prices for our cruises listed in our official website www.ioexpl.com are updated every three (3) months.

路 VOD is not responsible for schedules, prices or any information on websites other than its own.

路 For cruises booked more than six (6) months before the departure date, the VOD cannot guarantee that the price will remain fixed by the time of the cruise itself. If the client wants to freeze a price, he shall have to pay eighty percent (80%) of the total amount within one (1) month of reservation.

路 The Client shall use the vessel exclusively as a pleasure vessel, complying with and ensuring that his guests comply with the laws and regulations of any country into whose waters the vessel shall enter during the course of the Charter.

路 The Client shall not permit at any time during the Charter Period more than the maximum number of guests sleeping or cruising on board. If children are taken on board, the Client shall be fully responsible for their conduct and entertainment and no member of the crew shall be held responsible for them in any way.

路 The nature of the vessel may render it unsuitable for anybody with physical disability or undergoing medical treatment. By payment of this invoice, the Client warrants the medical fitness of all members of the Client鈥檚 party for the voyage.
